Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login secure. Provide accurate information and do not share your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use paid features.

Subscriptions & billing

• Paid tiers (such as Gold and Platinum) unlock additional features as described at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
• Stripe securely processes payments. Prices and promotional offers may change prospectively.
• Except as expressly stated in our Score Improvement Guarantee, subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods.

Score Improvement Guarantee

Our Platinum “up to +140 point” Score Improvement Guarantee is a specific, limited promise that applies ONLY when its published eligibility conditions are met — including a verified official baseline GMAT score, a minimum active-membership period, and completion and practice-test requirements. It is the sole exception to the “no score outcome” disclaimer below. Full, current terms — the guaranteed amount by starting score, what qualifies, how to claim, and the remedy — are set out on our Guarantee page, which forms part of these Terms. If nothing on that page applies to you, no guarantee is offered.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, redistribute, or resell our questions, explanations, or other content.
• Reverse-engineer, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Use the service to harass others or violate any law.
• Share your paid access with people outside your account.

Intellectual property

All questions, explanations, software, designs, and other materials on GMAX are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the content for your own GMAT preparation only. GMAT® is a registered trademark of its respective owner; GMAX is an independent product and is not endorsed by or affiliated with that owner.

Service “as is”

GMAX is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we work hard to keep questions accurate and the platform reliable — and except for the specific, conditional commitment in our Score Improvement Guarantee — we do not guarantee any particular score outcome, uninterrupted availability, or that all content is error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes & termination

We may update these Terms or the service over time; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time.
