What’s guaranteed

Because the GMAT Focus scale tops out at 805, the guaranteed gain is tiered to your official starting score:

The remedy

If you meet every condition below and don’t hit your guaranteed improvement, we’ll give you 12 months of Platinum access free, plus a one-on-one strategy review, so you can keep training and retake — at no additional cost.

Eligibility — all required

  • ✓You hold an active PAID Platinum subscription (not the free trial) for a minimum of 3 continuous months before your official exam date.
  • ✓You provide a verified OFFICIAL GMAT Focus score report, dated within the 5 years before you enrolled, as your baseline — submitted before or within 30 days of starting Platinum. A GMAX practice/diagnostic score does not qualify as a baseline.
  • ✓You complete at least 90% of your assigned GMAX practice for your plan.
  • ✓You complete at least 4 full-length GMAX practice tests under timed conditions, including at least 2 in the final 30 days before your exam.
  • ✓You maintain genuine, active study — at least 40 days on which you answered questions on GMAX, and at least 1,500 questions attempted (we measure this automatically).
  • ✓You sit the official GMAT Focus Edition and submit your new official score report within 30 days of your test date.

We can verify most of these automatically from your GMAX activity — because we track the work, you don’t need to prove it with paperwork.

Exclusions & limits

  • •One guarantee claim per person, household, and account, ever.
  • •The guarantee attaches to your first eligible Platinum enrollment only; it does not apply to lifetime, promotional, or heavily discounted purchases.
  • •Your qualifying exam must be your first official GMAT Focus attempt taken after enrolling in Platinum.
  • •Score outcomes affected by test cancellation, invalidation, or a violation of GMAC policy are not eligible.

How to claim

Within 30 days of your official test, email support@gmattrainer.com from your account email with your official baseline and new score reports. We’ll confirm your GMAX activity against the conditions above and, if everything checks out, apply your extended access within 10 business days.

This guarantee is part of the GMAX Terms of Service. We may update these terms prospectively; the version in effect when you enrolled applies to your claim.
